Preferred education level: a high school diploma and/or GED. It is desirable for the employee to possess additional specific related training.
Preferred experience level: basic knowledge of paint/coatings, mixing procedures, etc., and three to twelve months of related manufacturing experience with the ability to use several types of related equipment.
The ability to operate a forklift with forklift driving certification is strongly preferred
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
The ability to use the following tools is preferred: calculator, computer, pipe wrench, bung wrench, pliers, hex key, screwdriver, ratchet, crimper, mallet, scales, pumps, filter housings, and paint shaker.
