4-year college degree and relevant equivalent experience
Strong mainframe (COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS) programming skills
Production support experience
Basic experience with SQL and data analysis.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment on a complex mainframe system
Preferably in insurance/finance domain.
Experience with migration of Mainframe applications to other platforms
Knowledge of Assembler
Practical knowledge of LTC insurance products and premiums
Experience in a managed services environment, working with an onshore-offshore model, managing to SLA's and work queues.
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)
IMS database experience in an MVS and CICS environment
Exposure to Product Accelerator tool
Advanced SQL programming experience
