Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Experience interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.

Knowledge of quality auditing, inspections, and manufacturing quality processes.

Ability to travel as needed.

Previous leadership experience managing quality teams.

Experience leading ISO 9001 certification efforts.

ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) and/or Six Sigma certification.

Experience supporting fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or other industrial manufacturing processes.

Minimum of 5 years in multifamily property management.

Proficient in property management software

Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
