2nd shift

This position will train on day shift

2nd shift position Monday-Friday 4:30pm to 3:00am

Day shift

Skill in the care and use of applicable hand and pneumatic tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bills of material (BOM) .

Ability to work from verbal and written instructions, drawings, diagrams and routing sheets.

High degree of physical and mental dexterity and visual attention for sustained period required.

Ability to detect defects in products and exercise independent judgment on repair capability.

Experience with cutting equipment such as chop saws, circular saws, band saws, or cutting wheels.

Working knowledge of shop mathematics.

Ability to work with measurement devices (ex- rulers, measuring tapes, calipers, micrometers)

Ability to sustain moderate physical effort, working with light to medium weight material.

Lifting, bending, twisting, carrying, pushing and pulling are common and repetitious. Concentrated mental and visual attention in working to close tolerances is required. High degree of physical and manual dexterity and visual attention for sustained period also required.

Ability to read and understand standard work instructions

High school education

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

All employees are required to work safely so as not to endanger themselves or others.

Safety rules must be adhered to at all times.

Waterjet machining experience considered a plus

Previous welding experience or supporting welding functions considered a plus

The base pay range for this position is $29-33/hour plus shift differential and quarterly bonus (based on goals).

Monday - Friday

2nd shift - 1:30pm - 10:00pm

Experienced in use of precision inspection equipment (ex., mics, callipers. Etc) to measure dimensional details as listed on drawings.

Ability to read & interpret blueprints, including GD&T.;

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, test equipment and procedures, and assembly applications.

Use of hand and power tools.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

0-2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

NACE II required

Applicants for employment opportunities must be able to meet export control requirements.

Experience in using and programming of 3D equipment like FARO/ Hexagon arm is preferred.

Experience with SAP (Preferred)

NDE and Faro/hexagon arm experience preferred.

Proven experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting

Knowledge of surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC/NACE) and coating application techniques.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot blasting and painting equipment.

Physical stamina to work in demanding environments, including heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.

Safety-first mindset with a track record of following OSHA and industry safety guidelines.

Preferably in oil & gas, marine, or heavy industrial environments.

Certifications such as SSPC C7/C12, NACE, or equivalent (preferred but not required).

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
