Comfortable relocating to a different plant location every six months
Relevant work, internship, extracurricular, or project experience in manufacturing, operations or logistics
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
Either recently graduated (within 2 years) or currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university, with a scheduled graduation date between December 2024 and May 2027
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
U.S. citizen or permanent resident as we're unable to sponsor visas for these roles
