One (1+) years of experience in warehouse management

Understanding of kitting practices

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook

Experience with ERP and/or computerized inventory systems

Employee must be a "U.S. Person" as defined Code of Federal Regulations, Title 22, Section 120.15

Perform manual labor as required, including lifting up to 50lbs, working outside, and standing for long periods of time

Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, overhead cranes

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to complete tasks

Ability to work long hours, when required, to meet deadlines and/or other deliverables

Two plus (2+) years warehouse management experience

Background in marine manufacturing and print reading

Experience with the following types of management software: Trello, Slack, ERP Systems

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Ability to perform cash register functions and generate reports.

Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices.

Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.

Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.

Frequent walking and standing

Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise

Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds

Occasional climbing (using step ladder) up to heights of six feet

High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
