Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field required
5+years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality environments
3+years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting
Experience owning quality systems, audits, and regulatory or customer requirements
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional quality initiatives
Experience operating in lean or continuous improvement-driven environments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while supporting manufacturing operations.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
