5+ years of progressive warehouse, manufacturing logistics, or material-handling experience
3+ years of direct warehouse leadership or management experience.
Experience managing receiving, storage, production staging, picking, loading, and shipping operations with ingredients/raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or Just-in-Time environment.
Strong knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, lot-controlled inventory, expiration-date management, and traceability.
Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management System
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to use warehouse KPIs and reporting to drive performance.
