Full-time, field-based with extensive travel (up to 100% during weekdays), including overnights and occasional weekend travel for installations, service calls, and events.

Can be based anywhere east of the Mississippi River

5+ years of experience in CNC machine tool maintenance and service, covering both electrical and mechanical systems

5+ years of experience providing remote technical support within the machine tool industry

Proven experience installing and servicing machining centers, including leveling and geometric alignment

Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting

Experience with CNC control systems, including FANUC controls

Solid understanding of power circuits and industrial electrical systems

Ability to travel extensively (up to 100% during weekdays, including overnights and occasional weekends)

Technical education or certification in electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field

Location within an hour of a major airport, or based in Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, or Ohio

Experience supporting machine tool builders or original equipment manufacturers directly

Preference given to candidates located within an hour of a major airport, or based in Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, or Ohio.
