Master's degree in a STEM field or Management.
5 years of experience in a Project Planning/Program Management environment.
Minimum 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
PMI certification and/or PMI-based training
A current Secret clearance
Experience with the following systems and concepts: - MRP and IMS Scheduling - SAP production planning and material management tools - Earned Value Management - Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Manufacturing
Experience leading Manufacturing proposal efforts that include labor quoting, schedule and capacity analysis, investment planning, and descriptive writing contributions
Experience managing production in SAP in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.
Program execution experience.
Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers.
