High School Diploma or equivalent.
MIG welding experience on steel surfaces or relevant welding education/training.
Ability to safely set up and operate welding equipment.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, or the demonstrated ability and willingness to learn, including dimensions, weld symbols, and specifications.
Ability to accurately use basic measuring tools.
Frequently lift and handle materials weighing approximately 50–100 pounds.
