6:00 am - 2:30 pm| Monday - Friday

Employment is contingent upon the applicant's ability to comply with these requirements.

1-4 years of experience required.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Knowledge of ferrous and/or non-ferrous materials.

Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Knowledge of basic mathematics.

Basic blueprint reading.

Basic understanding of GD&T.

Proper measuring techniques with a variety of gauges.

Must have competency to change inserts within 6 months.

Must have competency to make offsets within 3 months.

Prior manufacturing experience in a job shop preferred.

$28.00 - $36.00 an hour

3rd Shift

Previous CNC machining experience

Working knowledge of Okuma CNC controls and basic CNC machine operation.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

Basic understanding of CNC programs, tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.

Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ability to perform basic CNC setups and make routine offsets and adjustments.

Ability to troubleshoot basic machining and tooling issues.

Preferably with Okuma-controlled equipment.

Experience with Okuma OSP controls.

CNC turning, milling, or multi-axis machining experience.

Familiarity with G-code and M-code.

Experience with tooling selection and optimization.

Experience working in a production or precision manufacturing environment.

Ability to make minor program edits or adjustments at the machine.

$18.75 - $23 (pending experience)
