Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
3+ years of electronics manufacturing experience
2+ years in RF testing
2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in production or test environment
Strong knowledge of RF test methods (S-parameters, gain, noise figure, power output, VSWR, return loss) required
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment
Ability to read schematics, test instructions, and interpret measurement data
Requires standing, bench work, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Strict ESD-safe practices required
