A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with 10+ years of applicable experience.

Expertise in technical leadership leading technical staff, with 2+ years managing or developing one or more related weapon systems technologies

The incumbent must be able to access and safely navigate production areas which may include climbing, kneeling, stooping, and working in confined spaces.

Must also be able to comply with all requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy.

A master's degree in engineering is preferred, with 10+ years of applicable experience.

Familiarity of design and development of Seeker product lines and integration of Seekers into munitions products.

Familiarity of PGM programs, particularly within the LRPF portfolio, including the FALCON, Lazarus, and MGUE programs.

Demonstrated expertise in leading advanced sensor and seeker technology development, including the design, hardware maturation, and lifecycle integration of components, aligning sub-system requirements, managing complex software schedules, and successfully transitioning defense electronic components to high-maturity levels.
