7+ years Tool Room, tool crib, or warehouse storeroom experience required.

High school diploma/GED

Ability to identify and judge the condition of hand tools, power tools (corded, cordless, pneumatic, hydraulic), cutting tools, rigging, lifting gear and precision measuring instruments.

Able to perform cycle counts, min/max reordering, receiving against POs and reconciling variances.

OSHA 10 (

Knowledge of lockout/tagout, PPE and safe handling of tools and chemicals.

Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

High School Diploma or equivalency (G.E.D.)

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role.

Strong mechanical aptitude is a must.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents.

Experience with precision measuring tools and instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Basic to intermediate proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

Knowledge of and prior experience with Fisher products, manufacturing processes and organization preferred.

Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is a plus.

Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
