8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Minimum of three years of progressively responsible executive, administrative, or office-management experience.

Demonstrated experience supervising, training, or coordinating administrative staff.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience preparing executive-level correspondence, reports, briefs, and other professional materials.

Knowledge of office management, records management, project coordination, contract administration, and budget monitoring.

Three or more years of related experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Familiarity with grant management, grant writing, and proposal development preferred.
