Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes to complete assigned tasks
Ability to read and interpret drawings, reports, other documentation to meet position objectives, i.e., blueprints, bill of materials, routers, etc.
Ability to determine the tools and accessories needed to complete job order
Knowledge of material differences and ability to apply when completing job order
Knowledge of various manual and CNC machines and ability to operate all efficiently with minimal downtime
Knowledge of and ability to use standard measurement equipment to complete essential functions
Ability to apply intermediate math skill and knowledge of metric and standard conversions
Knowledge of and ability to use established technology including hardware and software (computers, tablets, ERP/MRP software, MS Office products)
Ability to pass Phoenix Mecano's knowledge assessments
Understanding of high school level reading, writing, and basic math
Routinely required to use a hands, fingers, and arms in repetitive motions
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend throughout a work shift.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds | Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds
Consistently required to use hand or light power tools | Occasionally required to use X-Acto knives or razor blades.
Regularly required to move (push and pull) racks and pallets of product around production floor (up to 100 feet at a time)
Regularly and consistently required to use or be exposed to adhesives, lubricants, solvents, cleansers, etc.
