Full-time, salaried position

Monday through Friday during standard business hours

Availability outside of standard shift hours as needed to support project and customer needs.

Travel of up to 20% may be required.

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive project management experience in structural steel fabrication, construction, or a related industry.

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from award through final completion.

Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing Project Managers or other professional staff.

Demonstrated experience with project financial management, including budgets, job costs, change management, billing, and project profitability.

Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation.

Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and other construction industry stakeholders.

Availability outside of standard shift hours as needed to support project and customer needs.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and construction processes, including detailing, material procurement, fabrication, delivery, and erection.

Experience with construction and project management technology, customer portals, ERP systems, scheduling tools, and document management platforms.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
