One remote workday per week may be possible with prior departmental approval.

Candidates lacking a college degree must have a High School Diploma alongside equivalent relevant experience working in the industry, with certifications.

At least 3 or more years of related industrial experience.

Windows 11 and/or Windows LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) experience.

Should have prior experience with points of failure.

Must have basic networking protocols knowledge, along with understanding of networking and server fundamentals

Understanding of PLCs and HMIs

PC hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially, e.g. - PowerPoint and Word

Must have a valid driver's license

Should be able to operate a motor vehicle at the proving grounds, if required.

Preferably an Associate or Bachelors level degree in Computer Systems Analysis / Computer Science / Computer Information Systems (CIS) / Information technology / Management Information Systems (MIS) / Networking / Electrical / Electronics engineering or a related STEM field of study.

Windows 10 experience will be a plus

Familiarity with ServiceNow

Operating System (Linux – 64-bit) and Windows

Computer Hardware (desktops / mainframes)

Robots (AGVs)

Limited project management experience will be an asset.
