High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in a machine shop and manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of basic shop math (trigonometry, fractions, Metric to Standard conversions, etc.)
Knowledge in the use of measuring equipment such as calipers, height gages, etc.
Basic understanding and comprehension of blueprints / engineering drawings.
Knowledge of machine tooling, materials, and machining processes.
Knowledge of safety procedures
The role may require standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
