85 - 90% travel will be required.

Will share Manager On Duty responsibilities during off hours with AGM/GM

Must be able to drive automobile and fly in commercial air flights.

Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Position requires off-duty availability which may interrupt sleep and/or personal time.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Minimum of one year of property level, General Manager, Hotel Manager, or AGM experience.

Must possess strong to expert working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures.

Must possess strong analytical and understanding of financial reporting procedures.

Must be in good standing and have strong performance reviews as a current General Manager or Assist Manager.

Bachelors Degree in related field including business, hospitality, or similar

Three to Five years of property level experience as a General Manager, AGM or similar hotel experience.

The expected base pay range for this position is: Illinois $31.00 - $34.50

For a minimum of 20 hours per week

Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand.

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform

Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
