Multi-site manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and structured problem-solving

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field.

Five or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement.

Demonstrated experience improving quality performance and deploying consistent practices in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, process control, root-cause analysis, corrective action, process capability, and data-based decision-making.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Traveling regularly to manufacturing sites based on business needs.

Advanced knowledge of statistical process control, measurement systems, control plans, layered process audits, and process capability methods.

Lean, Six Sigma, ASQ, or a related quality certification.

Experience implementing common quality standards and metrics across multiple manufacturing locations.
