7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience.

Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations and architectural decisions.

Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data model, ACLs, scoped applications, and platform security.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, particularly ITSM.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Experience using Git, DevOps practices, and ServiceNow deployment tools.

Experience supporting additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or ITOM.
