Methodizing new work and developing manufacturing processes

CNC programming , tooling, workholding, and fixture design

GD&T; and complex drawing interpretation

CNC connectivity, automation, or AI implementation experience

Track record leading engineering teams

Aerospace or defense manufacturing

Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

Lean and root cause analysis
