Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance (requires US citizenship).
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Aerospace, Space, Defense, or advanced manufacturing/test operations.
Demonstrated experience managing a manufacturing, propulsion test, or flight test facility, including responsibility for safety, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes.
Experience with ERP systems, labor tracking, KPIs, and operational performance measurement.
Based on-site in Mojave, CA with limited travel as needed.
