Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

3 months of experience as a mechanical assembler and/or solderer in a manufacturing environment.

Read/Write Fluently in English

Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.

Regularly required to walk up and down stairs.

Regularly required to talk or hear.

Regular use of both hands to finger, handle, or feel during assembly.

Regular use of arms to reach.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Certified IPC-A-610D Class 3 Criteria and per J-STD-001D solder experience is preferred, but not required. Expired certification is okay.

Aerospace /Defense Industry experience preferred

Ability to read, understand, and navigate through assembly process documents such as work orders, method sheets, etc.

Understanding of basic math skills - adding, subtracting and measuring

Ability to safely prepare, operate and clean production equipment as appropriate for the successful completion of cable assembly

Ability to use judgement to identify potential safety hazards

Ability to use judgment related to identifying and segregating non-conforming materials and components

The lifting of weights up to 30 pounds may occur regularly, with a potential for lifting weights of up to 45 pounds on an occasional basis

Minimum 3 months experience working in a production environment

High School education or GED preferred

Previous fiber and/or copper assembly experience preferred
