10+ years experience in the Construction Industry

7+ years' experience and/or training in a quality management role or equivalent within a general contracting or construction management environment.

Thorough working knowledge of: construction means and methods, regulatory agency codes, QA/QC processes, familiarity with Lean Construction or other quality methodologies, proficiency in construction management software platforms and a thorough knowledge of commercial construction, safety standards and project management.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested

2-4 years' experience in a quality assurance role

Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015

Lead Auditor Certification preferred
