High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience leading assembly, fabrication, or high-volume manufacturing teams
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manufacturing metrics, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
Mechanical troubleshooting and equipment support.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials consistent with facility requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and production demands.
Ability to safely work around machinery, forklifts, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
